PromptDeck is a free, browser-based card game designed for leadership workshops, strategy offsites, and board-level discussions. It pairs provocative question cards with structured play modes to create honest, decision-oriented conversations about artificial intelligence. Across industries, functions, and geographies.
Six industry-specific editions (AI-First, Brand & Marketing, Consulting, Society, Tech & SaaS, and Health) with over 500 cards in four languages. Each edition targets a different leadership audience with questions sourced from current research by McKinsey, BCG, Gartner, Deloitte, WEF, OECD, Stanford HAI, WHO, and others.
“The most valuable moments in workshops happen when someone asks a question that nobody wants to answer. PromptDeck captures those questions and makes them repeatable.”
Christoph Kayser, CreatorLeadership teams know AI will transform their organizations. But most AI strategy discussions default to slides, vendor demos, and safe consensus. The questions that actually matter (about jobs, pricing, competitive survival, ethical trade-offs) rarely surface in structured settings. PromptDeck creates the conditions for those conversations to happen.
A facilitator draws two cards: a black question card that surfaces a tension (“If AI can do 80% of a knowledge worker's tasks, what's the 20% you're hiring for?”) and a white play card that sets the discussion format (“Devil's advocate, 90 seconds”). The combination creates structured, time-boxed, honest exchanges. Four gameplans scale from a 15-minute icebreaker to a multi-day design sprint.
Christoph Kayser is an independent strategy and innovation advisor based in Berlin. He works directly with leadership teams on AI transformation, growth strategy, and organizational design.
Over the past decade, Kayser has helped corporates, family businesses, and global brands design and scale growth systems. From corporate venturing and D2C market entry to digital product strategy and group-wide brand transformation.
PromptDeck grew directly from this work. Hundreds of strategy workshops where the most valuable moments happened when someone asked a question that nobody wanted to answer. The deck captures those questions and makes them repeatable.
PromptDeck is free and open at promptdeck.eu. Available in English, German, French, and Spanish. Custom editions, workshop facilitation, and physical card decks are available on request.
